The only way to be free of your past is to look your demons dead in the eye, accept them for what they are, and make a decision to not let them affect you anymore no matter how big and bad they may seem. The past is just a story, its only real if we give it power. I know how hard it is to let go, but once you do the miracle of existance is waiting with passion and freedom to help you create a life truely worth living. The courage to face the greatest traumas is already inside of us, all we have to do is let go and slip into bliss. Just let go and look around, feel the inside of your body. Slip out of your head and into the moment. Liberation is calling us all!
