The only way to create permanent change is through a spiritual experience. Talk with those that have had this experience, and they will all say that they have found a Power greater that has brought about change in their lives. This is central to the process of change. We ask His help in making the changes that we so need to make. We work to become willing to follow the path laid before us. We honestly surrender and follow His lead. What often occurs is that we find that change has been waiting for us all along. What takes only a matter of a short time could not have been accomplished through years of self-discipline. ~OneHealth
