The only way to deal with the anxiety of being hit , clinched , taken down , pinned , locked or chocked is to place yourself in training situations where you are frequently being hit , clinched , taken down , pinned , locked or choked .. In that by way of your experience the less anxious you are about being hit the more you will be able to read the physical cues of the person who is trying to hit and hurt you and focus more of your energy on neutralizing in some way being hit or hurt and most importantly being the one doing the hurting ...please share
