The only way to lose weight is to burn off more than you put into your body (calories) ..for ladies: if you dont exercise you generally burn 1200 calories a day!its not much thats only 3 very healthy meals worth!if you eat more than that in a day you need to do exercise to get into negative calories to lose weight!it takes focus and determination and you need to make changes to your lifestyle it wont work if you try it for 5 days it needs to be a long term change of tactics!!
