The only way to stop full implementation of the ACA is to defund it. If the rhinos in the House decide to fund the government in September with the ACA still intact, they could face a voter backlash in the mid terms and the presidential election of 2016. The message they will be sending is that there is little if no difference between the Democratic and Republican parties, so, why vote? The Republican party will suffer more because of a lower voter turnout. It would be far better to take a stand and show some guts and principle and demand that the ACA be defunded before a new budget is approved. about a minute ago · Like
