The other best memory is when the Schweppes factory was down by the Wally river across a field from Wickham Road - we used to sneak under the fence , fill two or three bags with empty bottles from the crates out the back and then take them into the Pub on the High Street and get the deposit on them and then buy crisps and Mars Bars - If you did that today youd be arrested and your parents would get ASBOs or something. High Spirits back then....
