The other day, I heard the 101 version of Strangelove. Hadnt heard it in a while but noticed as I was singing it and hearing the crowd behind the music, I got chills. This was DMs big break in America at the time and put them in serious crossover mode. I remember being 15, listening, playing along on my old Casio, and just being blown away at how intense that concert was. I never went, I was too young, but man you could tell how rad of a night it really was. Also, the openers were some of my favorites as well. Wire, in their late 80s Mute phase, Thomas Dolby, and of course OMD. Check this video out. Some good ol down the memory lane type stuff! :)
