The other day, I met an old colleague who was lamenting about the organisation he was presently working with. He was mentioning that the so called professional organisation actually disregard loyalty as an virtue and believed that We have paid you for your work. Our relationship ends here. We are not wedded to you nor have we committed to you for your entire life till retirement. And I replied Do not be an Ostrich burying your head in the sand when hyenas are attacking you. There is not point in spending day after day being sad about the environment where you are spending more than 10 hours a day. A very big world out there awaits you. Have confidence in yourself and walk out.
