The other day I posted Stupid - knowing the truth, seeing the truth but still believing the lies. When I posted that, I was referring to my decision about World of Warcraft, not relationships. Since I want to record (remember - there isnt a reload a save game option in MMOs), it would have been stupid for me to think I could login, play and record in peace on a high population server (which I LOVE being on). Unfortunately, the WoW servers were DDOSd on top of so many people coming back to play...crazy. So Ive been catching up in other games. I have to admit I feel good not being frustrated and having that level of control. Ive tried to be supportive of my friends, some of them it is their JOB to be on the servers now and watching them sit in queues, get disconnected, rolled back etc. reinforced that I made the right decision for ME. I learned my lesson and I hope to continue to apply that in other areas of my life. I look forward to playing. I made a long-term commitment to the game and I have no problem waiting. Ive got plenty of other things to do. I like the direction Blizzard is going now. I have friends that played Overwatch at Blizzcon. It looks like so much fun!!
