The other day I saw Dr. Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, the President of MCP touring Lilongwe City. To my Surprise I saw diverse Men of God escorting him driving MCP branded cars! What I fail to understand is this, did these Men of God also hear from God that they should join Politics or they are doing that because Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has dumped the Pulpit for Politics? Dr. Chakwera says God he felt led to join Politics, I have no argument on that, but did these men of God also felt led to leave the Pulpit for Politics? One of the greatest undoing of a Man of God is do things based on what PEOPLE say not what God says, it is to try to please men at the expense of displeasing God, it is trying to be at pal with Men while having God as your enemy. When God is your enemy sir, it doesnt matter who is your friend, when God is against you it doesnt matter who is for you! God help your servant in Malawi and beyond!
