The other day I was working and I felt a sudden urge to text someone I had only met once and hadnt communicated with since 2013. I tried to ignore it but I finally gave in and texted this guy. He said I texted him at the exact moment that someone was praying over him to recieve guidance and a word from God. He ended up pouring out his heart about his recent troubles with HIV and an addiction to crystal meth. I encouraged him and sent scripture. I had no reason to think about him. I shouldnt even be using my phone at work. But I was obedient to the still small voice of the Lord and everything worked out perfectly. Timing is KEY. Had I texted him a week later, the impact may have been different. If you feel God telling you to do something, DO IT. Its not about you, its about the Kingdom. Even if you completely miss it, God will honor your obedience. Please pray for my friend as he rehabilitates his health these next few months. Pray for your friends as well. †
