The other day an English bus driver left me stranded in Bristol, laughing at me as I waved my ticket at him through the glass of the door hed just closed in my face, because I was too late to board. I was rescued by a Somali refugee called Mohammed, driving the next bus to London, who,.after hearing my story, turned a blind eye to the fact that my ticket was not valid for his bus. Because of Mohammeds kindness I made it to join my family and say goodbye to my son, possibly for the last time in 10 months. No big deal in the big scheme of things, especially when you consider Dennis Skinners story.
