The other evening I was reading a story about Ron Howard. He was stated that when he was working on The Andy Griffith Show one of his parents was always there to make sure he was doing what he was suppose to. He said They never interfered with my job. It was only when I was getting out of hand did they step in. Yep I got by butt spanked. My brother Cliff and I knew this was a job. When others are getting paid it was not a good thing to hold up others because I was not behaving. You see his parents got it. They did not let their boys go butt wild. They did not allow them to behave the way todays young stars do. The Howard boys were held accountable. That is what the difference between parents back then and parents now.
