The names of two offered bail are: Oialae Chergui, Moroccan national, born in Asilah (Morocco) in 1988 Abdeslam El Haddouti, Moroccan national, born in Tetuán (Morocco) in 1979 The name of the brother released on the condition he signs at the court once a week is: César Raúl Rodríguez, Argentinian national, born in Santiago del Estero (Argentina) in 1989. They are all been accused by the investigative judge of belonging to a terrorist organization namely Al Andalus Brigade and of indoctrinating and recruiting others to be sent to fight Jihad in Syria and Iraq They have all denied any involvement in such organization or recruiting anyone in Morocco or Spain to fight Jihad in Syria and Iraq
