The judge’s decision casts Apple as a cold and manipulative bully whose actions have harmed consumers, contrary to the way the company markets itself, as a maker of products that improve people’s lives. Its about responsibility. Behind the scenes corporate ideas that take advantage of peoples money is EVIL. Its impossible to know everything about everything to avoid being haggled.... It should be trusted that professionals look out for the best interest of the People not the Pocket. Imagine a doctor saying... "Well its your fault you didnt know"
