The pain train was enjoyable for me but I suspect eichner didnt so much lol but my hats off to him he threw up half way through it but he got through it all. The pain train is 2×20 meter oxygen sprint 10 reps of each done in the pain train format 1. pushups 2. Toe touch sit ups 3. walking lunges 4. 12Kb swings 5. Squat jumps 6. Leg raises 7. Burpies 8. 8kg medball vertical throws 9. 8kg medball slams 10. Tire flips. So it equals 550 reps all up and 400 m of sprints each of us all done in 45min 33sec good work eichner !
