The over load to laborers making them over worked. While this habit is yet bad enough these order filler, brown males are humiliated by the order packer, pink females. It appears the most all in-house employees act as though, they figure themselves to be better than all temp employees. Our memory back we once heard one order filler temp, a brown male trying to blend with in-house foolishness. The brown male temp was then told by an in-house machine captain, a brown female very harshly, “you are just a temp, and you don’t ever have anything to say about anything to an in-house employee.” While seeing another occasion 08/30/2013 during 07:0p.m an order packer, brown female over spilled some merchandise and then boldface straight outright blamed it on the order filler temp, brown male assigned to her. She soo quickly said out loud, “look what you did. Don’t stare at me like a fool you did that shit.” At that very moment the temp stood hypnotized frozen in his tracks as though some positive force took him from thereof to greater sanity: We noticed a side of this female never before soo effective. Her character appears to be that of mental instability… She has the speech pattern which proves this highly inevitable. 08/31/2013 during 09:15p.m the same order packer, brown female of utterly low mentality displayed soo in mockery making joke of the same order filler temp, brown male humanly illness! She then made the mistake of touching the order filler temp, brown male. While she demanded him to complete her order, she pecked on his shoulder with aggression. As this did greatly offend the temp, a verbal complaint was then made to the boss by the temp.: The temp filed, “he is not some worthless idiot to be push around.” We submitted to the temp, should ever he get touched again to merely cry “ouch stop touching me…” It has also been witnessed that while some duties are to be shared, some order packer, pink females would say to some order filler temp, brown males “no help is needed here… This job will not get done with amateurs around.” Should any order filler temp, brown male ask why’ the order packer, pink female would reply “just go!” If at any time any order filler temp, brown male attempt to ignore any order packer, pink female his work is then made delayed; by the order packer, pink female. We have been told by order packer, Latino males that certain order packer, pink females have an agenda to cause certain temps despair toward deleting of them self. That even Latino temps have already been forced not to return. With the turnover rate of temps the in-house employees may win: Perhaps fears of some sort allay there in… Therefore upon ending of this case, all persons mentioned here in with location here of, shall be named and addressed to such which made public disclosed here forth!
