The parkway is a good idea but....... Neither Malabar west of Minton, Pace nor Emerson will be able to handle the traffic influx. The walking traffic forced to cross Malabar from the apartments to go to the stores is going to be like watching a living frogger game; even worse than it is now. The cities brilliance was to build a side walk on the opposite side of a canal the walkers cannot cross roflamo brilliant. Traffic now backs up from Minton to Jupiter in the mornings and afternoons and that is during the work week, weekends are even worse; I have to wonder how much worse this will make it? The City of Palm Bay failed in this; they did not improve the connecting road infrastructure before the parkway and the people that live on those roads are going to be screwed with the traffic.
