The 14th annual “Chet Fest” is a grass roots fundraising event sponsored by the friends of Lester Gross in order to keep the dream and memory of Lester alive through stories and the power of fried turkey as well as scholarships at UNCG and Grimsley HS. Consider bringing a side dish or beverage and donation to enjoy great live music and uncharacteristic food, fires and fun. You didn’t need to know Lester to attend, just someone like him who lived or lives by the code of “Live – Love – Laugh”. Rain, snow or shine… DETAILS: Saturday, Dec 14th, 2013 This year the fun starts at 3:00 PM, band starts at 5:00PM and goes till the fun ends… Fried turkey & fixins’, Bourne’s Low Country Boil & Donegan’s Buffalo ManDip.
