The past 8 months have been hard, trying, life changing, overwhelming good and bad and just plain blessed at the same time knowing people really are still good. People have talked about me being an inspiration..... Not even close to my little buddy Camden Lookabaughs Story I met face to face today. When I found out I had cancer back in May I thought my life has come to an end. Clearly not the case, it has changed me and it all started with a letter from Camden and his wonderful family telling me to never give up the fight and sending me one of his bracelets that I wore until it actually fell apart. Last night Katrina informed me that he was back in the hospital battling cancer and he wasnt going to be able to go home for Christmas. I had an MRI this morning came home packed a giant bag of toys for him and went and hung out with my inspiration for a while today. God bless this little boy and the true warrior that he is. It felt so good to know that hopefully we made him happy for the day to take his mind off his battle as many of you have done for our family over the post several months.
