The past month has been mentally and physically exhausting... Quite literally. I have experienced fatigue unlike anything I could ever explain. Every part of my body is completely worn out (including my brain). I have been sleeping at least 12 hours every night and taking 2 to 3 hour naps every day. This past week has been the most difficult... Not only am I exhausted, but I nearly pass-out every time I stand up. Thank God for Christopher Gaskins (and I do every day) who has waited on me hand and foot and done his best to keep my spirits high. I honestly dont know what I would do without him. Chris and I have known for WEEKS that I needed a blood transfusion, and I have been praying every night that my Doc would reach the same conclusion. Well... After 3 different blood tests... prayers answered! Im going to the hospital tomorrow morning to have a strangers blood pumped into my body. Creepy, right?!? I know that it sounds silly to pray for such a thing, but I also know that it works and that I will feel worlds better instantaneously. The procedure is actually very simple (Ive had 2 transfusions in the past) and there is no pain involved at all. But, as with all medical procedures, there is some risk involved... So, if you have an extra prayer tomorrow morning, I would sure appreciate it. Goodnight my friends.
