The pastor of a 2,000-member church was standing at the pulpit - TopicsExpress

The pastor of a 2,000-member church was standing at the pulpit starting the service when two men, dressed in long black coats, black hats, and black masks, burst into the sanctuary. One stood by the doors at the back; the other strode toward the front. He got about half-way, then stopped and pulled out a sub-machine gun and loudly announced, Okay, all of you who are willing to take a bullet for Jesus, stay where you are! The rest of you may leave. People bolted for the exits. Even the choir members and the two assistant pastors scurried out. The pastor was left alone with only about 200 people still in their seats. The man in the middle aisle then put away his gun and said to the pastor, Okay, pastor, the hypocrites have all left. Now you can start the service. With that, he turned, walked toward the back, and he and the other man left the building.
