The path to heaven is extremely narrow. Begin to prepare your hearts, all that is around you is a distraction if youre not focused on the LORD first and foremost in every single part of your day every single day...constant communion is constant contact / communication with the Lord. Letting Him guide you in each decision. Get right with God. Align your mind with the LORDs mind. Rejoice in the LORD. Let your moderation be known. Rule and govern your spiritual life. Let it be seen that you are submitting to Him, that you are controlled by the LORD Who is YOUR MAKER. We must guard our mind constantly from sinful passion that overwhelms us. Think on things that are pure, just, of good repor, and lovely. Dont let your heart and mind wander. When you stay your self on the LORD and with Him, you are invited to pray. Otherwise, if you dont walk with Him and pray , your prayers are like a prayer of a heathen. Let your request be known unto God. Prayer should be as natural as breathing. If you are with and in the LORD, God is very real and present. Keep your heart and mind pure from filth. Beseech/ seek out/ implore to be right with the Lord always. When you do not abide it robs you of your joy with the LORD. God is glorified in those who seek to obey. Read Philippians 4 And Colossians 3:2
