The peak of the best meteor shower of the year is tonight but its to be cloudy so I went out to St. Margarets last night to try catch a few. Seen about 20 but none flew through my camera view. This is Orion with Taurus to upper right and M45 Pleaides in the top corner. If the sky was darker I might have got more. The roads were frozen and the moon was up in this shot at 1am so I gave up and went home. The AI expo is on tomorrow from 12 to 6pm in Bushwells hotel on Molesworth street if anyone is going.
