The people at Time Warner Cable need to get their shit together. Ive called about the same issue more times that I care to admit and I keep being told I dont know how to resolve the problem. Then send an email to someone in the technical dept and tell them to get off their lazy asses and figure out what the problem is. Naturally, the option they suggest is sending out a technician to see if they can figure out the problem aka replace the box. Replacing the box isnt always the answer!! Plus, I love how I looked for channels on the online channel listing to see when shows are going to be on (since I cant find them using the search menu) and they arent even listed for my area. The one even said I dont get it!! Really? Thats why I had the channel on behind me! So annoyed right now!
