The people of Japan didnt commit atrocities. The people Germany didnt commit atrocities; the people of China didnt atrocities. The people of Iran didnt commit atrocities. The majority of people everywhere just want to be left alone in peace. It is the sociopathic governments everywhere that commit atrocities. To nuke an entire people to remove a government is crazy. Governments promote the idea that the government of a nation is the people of that geographic area. They dont want to be recognized as the true cause, or be singled out for retribution.
