The people of mathare made a choice and resoundly said kariuki - TopicsExpress

The people of mathare made a choice and resoundly said kariuki should represent them by beating wanjohi with a small difference of only 883 votes(14,965/14082)and celebrations are in order. However, any knowledgeable political analyst would ask the following questions:what is the difference between wanjohi and kariuki??Out of 88,o53 of the registered voters in mathare, only 29,733 turned up to vote meaning 33% voted, what if the 67% who did not turn up to vote had voted??Another scenarios is what could be the outcome if william omondi was in ODM against George wanjohi of TNA or Bilian okoth who was an NLP candidate was in ODM against George wanjohi of TNA??what is the probability that the same voting pattern would be maintained if presidential elections are conducted in the same constituency whereby all all those who voted for kariuki will vote for ODM while those who voted for wanjohi would vote for TNA??Last but least,it is good the IEBC results were accepted by the same people who want to disband it for being incompetent!!Enjoy the intriques of kenyan politics!!!
