The people, that risk their lives everyday working the deadliest job in America. That are taken away from their families for long periods of time(several months at a time). That are put to work under extreme weather conditions(-50f to 125f)(rain, snow, wind,ice,etc), for long hours(24/7 - up to 90 hours a week). No time for decent meals(fast food mainly). Where certain death is at every corner and every instant. Their wages have been frozen for over 20 years and going lower and lower with no legal representation(not unionized). The industry has been transformed into a very hostile situation for the workers and every day more is demanded from the workers while being compensated less and less. These workers risk their lives so everyone else can enjoy the benefits of being connected and informed and are largely overlooked and undermined by the people that they work for...The consumer. These climbers are some of the hardest working group of all skilled professions, and are doomed to be exploited by their employers which reap most of the profits(which are plentyfull) and leave nothing but lean wages for the employees who struggle economically. For these men(and women) who endure anything and conquer where many fail is that we are trying to get some help. America was founded in the concept of: Best Man for the Job...well these are the best men out there so lets be fair and demand a Communication Tower Worker Fair Wage Act and give them back their lives by making their sacrifices be well remunerated! God bless these men of steel!
