The people who run the Targeted Individual ring seem to think its funny that they can manipulate good friends of mine into torturing me. Friday night I went out for dinner on my new paycheck and they sent someone to sit nearby and talk to me USING KNOWN AND PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED LANGUAGE PATTERNS to let me know they are still watching me and following me. This is infuriating to myself and also uses my friends who are naive to the truth of whats really happening. Will they ever stop harrassing me?
