The people who used to own Precious had at least some degree of insight into their pets behavior. They were aware that she was a bit grumpy (assuming they are telling the truth on her surrender form) and they recognized that wearing her harness, helped her settle down and be more of a happy camper. Its a shame that they didnt take that thought and run with with; its a shame that they signed her life away at the ACC, rather than continuing to help Precious resolve her supposed issues and become less of a challenge for them to own. This beauty is only 2 years old, shes already spayed, and she is available on the ACC website tonight. All she needs is one willing heart, but without that, she could be the first one taken into the euth room tomorrow.
