The perfect breakfast pizza :) 1 Josephs Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Pita 3/4 Cup All Whites Liquid Egg Whites 1/4 Cup Sargento Reduced Fat Italian Blend (I bet the Mexican Blend would be yummy too!) 1/2 Cup Spinach Scramble egg whites in non stick spray, add in cheese, spinach and season to taste. Transfer to the pita. For a crispy crust I throw it on the oven rack at 375 for about 5 mins. Protein: 29g Fat: 8g Carb: 10g ** If you need more carbs, serve with a cup of berries (approx. 21g carbs), and voila!
