The perquisite homage that President Uhuru must build on following observable progress in public service delivery like functional traffic lights should be: promotion of inclusiveness, teamwork in all arms of government and participatory government. He should keep his deputy and cabinet members including his handlers on a tighter leash than Kibaki and Moi did and have them them consult one another more. Just putting Jubilee campaign promises on the to-do list doesn’t make it happen. Getting it off the to-do list should be the highest priority. I urge him to do more town hall meetings with Kenyans to enumerate quick wins and results that have been delivered and how they are affecting citizens and also seek their feedback.
