"The phone call that changed my life" I never will forget the day you was born, I could not loved you more, had I gave birth to you myself. I cut your cord and watched you take your first breath not knowing that would be the hardest job for you to do the rest of your life. You was the most beautiful and perfect baby I ever saw. Thought I could not have loved you more. I watched you grow your first month of your little life not knowing I would get a phone call to change the rest of our lives. The phone rang and I got the news thr all the tears my worse fear came true. The phone call was the worst call I have ever had but I can tell you this baby girl It made me watch a little closer to your little fingers and toes grow and all the big hugs became tight holds. It makes me see those extra little inches that may would have passed me by. There are so many things I want to teach you but Brooklyn Skye, I want you to know you have taught me more in your two short years than I could have ever learned at all. You have taught me to stop being angry at God and asking why our baby girl, You have taught me to slow down and watch what really matters, to love harder. You have taught me to not count the days but to make each day count and so much more. Each day I wake up and see that beautiful face I truly know I have had a gift from God that day. Even at your sickest and weakest times you are still the strongest person I know. As your little body laid in my arms tonight and your little hands grasped my fingers tight, I cant help but feel "I love you even more tonight".
