The picture of Bugiri Hospital made me weep for our motherland. Things have literally fallen apart. Can we hear from the NRM mouthpieces on the state of health care in Uganda? Is Bugiri the exception? No. The other day it was Kayunga. Hospitals in Uganda are death traps despite the good intentions of doctors and other health care workers who toil without fair compensation. How could NRM let hospitals fall apart to that level? You wonder what happened to communal activities in Uganda? Dead. Ugandan youths like their leaders are useless kabisa. I do not say this lightly. All they do is drink and make babies. No one has the power other than YKM who deliberately decimated the system so he alone could be worshiped to summon people to undertake communal work. Basically common sense in Uganda is no more. Otherwise how can Bugiri get to that level and no one seems to care? The hospital should have been condemned long ago. Now let us hear from NRM. . WBK
