The pitbull that was brought did NOT have his front legs bound as previously thought. This fact was taken by somebody elses word -but is in fact not true. There was a sweatshirt around the front legs but it was not binding. This may change a lot of how this whole scenario is viewed. We have no idea what happened to this dog -but it may have died elsewhere and the sweatshirt was used to move him to where he was found. He couldve easily moved freely if he were alive. We just want you all to know that much. He couldve just been dumped after he passed away. That is one possibility.
