The plan for the Infrastrata open day on Monday 27th October is as follows...... Infrastrata will have their doors open for their public information day from 1400 a 2000. For the whole period, we would like to have a table set up from 1400 with leaflets and petitions to sign, also offer information to anyone whom should ask for it. It will be set up at the entrance to the Mowlem on the wide pavemented area. All files of information should be brought along for reference. We hope to get a mass of people at 1500 for a photo shoot - please make and bring your own placard based on your personal issue with the rig (pollution, traffic, impact etc). Try to make the placards, brief, colourful and catchy. It is MASSIVELY IMPORTANT to get a large number of people gathered to make the impact we need - so PLEASE tell a friend - spread it around your Facebook friends or whatever you can think of! If you cant make 1500 (work and all that), we are having another gathering at 1800, although it will be dark by then. If you can attend a good proportion of the whole day, then it would be great as we need to rotate people attending the table and have others to fetch coffee etc. This is a peaceful and lawful gathering to make a protest at the lack of democratic process and the numerous negative impacts that the rig shall have on the community of Swanage and the Purbeck area. Please come along and make a difference!
