The plan to rebuild Gaza will be undertaken without any plan to demilitarize Gaza. Who is responsible for this? Mainly Mr. Netanyahu and his government. All along all of us knew - certainly Netanyahu knew, that the price for creating a regional alliance for security and stability is agreeing to restart Israeli Palestinian negotiations on the basis of the Arab Peace Initiative. That is the price tag that Bibi is not willing to pay. Instead Netanyahu and his government will continue to pump money into settlements. The price tag that the people of Israel will pay because of Bibi is the continuation of the occupation, the denial of Palestinians the right to a state of their own and the increasing isolation around the world that Israel will face.
