The police department is proud to announce the promotions of 3 officers at the regular township meeting tonight at 7pm in the court room on Walnut St. Det. Kevin Villanova will be promoted to the rank of Detective Sergeant, Patrol Officer Stacey Mangine will be promoted to Patrol Sergeant and Inv. Louis Damminger will be promoted to Detective. All 3 promotions will be replacing exsisting vacant positions. The promotions will allow the department to keep with the current command structure. All 3 officers display the highest standards and professionalism with the police department. Also sworn in will be newly graduated Class II SLEO Officer Gary Grimes. Off. Grimes will be assigned to a field training officer for next 3 months and will be patrolling along with his FTO.
