Gardner posed no threat; was involved in a petty offense; complained that he could not breath; officers callously and arrogantly ignored his desperate complaint; officer secured Gardner with overwhelming force, insofar, any type of choke hold was utterly unnecessary whatsoever. Police are directly responsible for his death and should be directly held responsible for their criminal and negligent reckless disregard for Gardners life!
