The politics of change. I see the seeds of division already being sown. I see once quiet men on the issues now saying they wish to be counted as leaders. But what is leadership to you, I ask these souls? Is it something you wake up one morning and decide you will be? Or is it fashioned by consistent conviction based rhetoric, backed by a proven body of work that shows you have the qualities to lead. I want to hear those who wish to lead speak on the issues. Tell the family whose bills takes up most of their earnings what you will do to see to it that their disposable income is increased, so that family can live a little easier. Tell the country your vision for growth - not some pie in the sky dream - but one that is realistic, achievable and fiscally responsible. Lay out a workable plan that is geared towards empowering young people to be the business champions of the future. Come forward and be examined on the issues that matter. J A Robinson.
