The polling percentage in a major city like Vizag of coastal Andhra Pradesh was 53% which is a cause of concern. Actually, the wealthy people living in Apartments did not turn up for voting in large nos. We need to look into why there is a so much apathy towards the rich people who cry against the system, but they do not venture to come out their AC rooms to stand up in line in summer to cast their vote.
