The post below is the only indicator of where Milaki is and it is far from conclusive. So really there is no indication of where Milaki is and judging from all of the mods on the circuit, this should be first and foremost. As I understand the CBI is to activate but Milaki is to make the announcement. But what concerns me the most is why nobody seems to know. The thought process is this. Milaki is suppose to announce the RV on the 1st when Iraq begins implementation of their 5 year economic plan. This, however does not mean the RV has to happen at the same time. It can happen at anytime. 10- 29-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony Maliki is at the State Department and has been in country for the last 2 days. He is scheduled to meet the President today at 1:00 and to have a picture opp this afternoon. He has spent the morning with others in D.C. finalizing the announcement to be made later today. He is scheduled to remain in country until 1 Nov. Bank personnel have just been notified that they have 30 min to report to work. It should be a superfantastic day.
