The postulate of the special balance sheet (singular) harmony. I will try to briefly tested the form to explain the essence of the proposed postulate to adequately reproduce the pattern emerging conclusions. It is known that in the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics is the wave function. This is a mathematical function that contains information about all possible states of a quantum system in which it exists at the same time. However, the collapse of the wave function is superior to all the arguments of interpretations of quantum mechanics. Collapse of the wave function due to the fact that the observer of the experiment determines the behavior of the system and causes it to be one of the two states. This means that the intervention of conscious thought, instrumentation quantum system in principle does not allow. Hence, in that case the quantum system is reconstructed in such a way that at the same time there is resistance to the causes of changes (Le Chateliers principle - Brown) and the wave function collapse occurs, the aberration of the quantum system. As a result, we identify the fact of wave-particle duality, the interdependence of properties is not as linear causal series, as well as the fact that a kind of small vicious circle, as the ratio of parity between the two values of the quantum nature. In classical mechanics, everything is exactly the opposite, but with one difference - the interdependence expresses already a big kind of vicious circle. By analogy, these findings are associated not only with the movement of the Earth relative to the Sun and its rotation around him, but at the same time and with the movement of the Sun and its rotation around its axis. Consequently, that these conclusions are interfaced with the motion of the particle with respect to the atomic nucleus, and the rotation of the particle around its axis, like the equivalent of the atomic nucleus. So naturally the question arises: how to harmoniously combine, to connect quantum and classical ideas of the world? To overcome such difficulties I push the postulate of special balance (singular) harmony between the two terms of four variables parity quantum-classical characters, where the interdependence of systems is a kind of a closed ball, a singular point, and hence the zero point of the coupled system compression - extension.
