The power one gives others is of ones own doing. No one can make another feel inferior, ugly, stupid, fat, angry, offended, shamed, hurt, or jealous, or any negative feeling or emotion or any positive emotion or feeling. All thoughts are within and only the continual habitual thought of one gives him his feelings and emotions. It may be easier to blame another for your feelings because it is easier than changing your own thoughts of yourself but to do so only gives others power over you which again is the result of ones lack of confidence in him/herself. Build your mental strength so you will not be plagued with inferior thoughts of yourself.
