The precedence that has been set with the Brown/Garner failure to indict is rather alarming. Now a police officer can shoot an unarmed man in broad daylight at 30 feet away and say that he feared for his life, the victim looked like a demon and he felt like a 5 year old next to Hulk Hogan and not stand trial. A cop can now choke hold a man to death in broad daylight with MULTITUDES of witnesses and a video recording and not be indicted and the victim blamed for being overweight. These are in place and now all prosecutors who are lackeys of the system need do is refer to these instances and others like them and say, there is not enough evidence to indict this officer and case is closed. And the message is clear for the Black community...they sent out their interpretation of the type of Black people who will survive in their new police state reality. Ben Carson, Charles Barkley and Stacey Dash are the views that you must reflect if youre going to make it in this new police state reality. This is a sad state of affairs for American society.
