The president of the Loudoun Chamber is hoping citizens "calm down" about this north/south corridor, a.k.a. outer beltway. He forgets that citizens have been against this nonsensical corridor for many years. 92% of the traffic is east/west, and this north/south "parkway" will make that traffic worse, not better. And it is a giant fossil fuel infrastructure project. We need smart and clean transportation solutions that actually solve traffic congestion.
