The presidents of both the High Court and Circuit Courts have identified the corrupt judge as Desmond Hogan. There is no doubt that he and Mary tried to influence a High Court Justice. Hogan needs to be impeached and Mary needs to stand trial. You can bet your life that if this involved Joe Public, he would have been locked up by now. Nobody is above the law, not politicians or judges. Well done Mr Justice Abbot for bring the issue to public attention.
