The priesthood is an everlasting principle that has existed throughout all enternity. The keys that have been given to be used through though the priesthood came from heaven and this priesthood power is operative in this Church to day as it continues to expand in the earth.1 The Above is an excerpt from a General Conference talk by President David O. McCay.It is from a conference in October 1967. page 94 of the record of that conference. Most likely this is from the writings of David O. McCay who served longer than anyone as President of the Church. Most likely during a testimony sharing which things are said which are not written in the scriptures. They are the testimony of the person. I believe this to be just that.
