The principles of equality in the law is merely remaining as an eye-wash to deceive the people through the intricate politics of the Government. The observance of the principles of equality in its true letter and spirit will only become possible, when the concept of our mind changes towards others i.e. equals among inequals and inequals among equals...and this can only become possible through the uniform application of law to all... rather than partial application of law to a particular category of people...and this is very unfair as per the equality jurisprudence of law is concerned...and this is not the mandate of the Article-14 of the Indian Constitution
