The problem I have with most black leaders is they teach you to feel victimized, or to focus on the problems, or they provide so called solutions that dont solve the problems. Thats why it sounds good but is ineffective. You go in the hood and teach people who already feel hopeless and inferior to now feel superior in an attempt to repair their misconception about themselves. But in reality its like teaching a person with low self esteem to now be conceited! Its imbalanced and will work against their well-being in the end so instead of removing the issue you change the issue. In order for broken people to be whole they must have a healthy perspective of themselves which means they understand in truth both their plight AND their responsibility. Healthy self esteem is neither an inferiority or superiority complex. Because white people at one time felt superior making us feel inferior, you want to solve that problem by reversing it and sayingNo were superior. How can you fix a problem with the same consciousness that created it! Youre insane! And you will further the madness of the black race in America!
